Even if we carefully select our words, effective communication requires more than just verbal expression. It involves paying attention to our breath and articulation, as well as our body language and attitude. Without a dynamic use of our body our message may not be conveyed as intended.

This workshop is intended to increase your awareness of how your voice and body language influence your message, and to provide you with the tools to use them more consciously.
